FROM THE EQUITY CAPITAL OF AGRIS S.A.

Has withdrawn after 5 years participation in the company's equity capital the Fund of National Bank.

The withdrawal took place with the purchase of the shares that belonged to NBG GREEK FUND from the shareholder of the company Mr. George Karakolis, that now acquires a strong majority pack of the company's shares.

After the exit of the FUND, the shareholders composition of the company is the following:

George Karakolis: Percentage 65%
Theodor Pantelakis: Percentage 35%

In the next days will be called special General Assembly for the election of new Administration Committee that will express the new shareholder's structure and will undertake the management of the company.

The same will happen in AGRIPLANT ΑΕΒΕ, daughter company, in percentage 99,9% of AGRIS S.A.
This move from Mr. George Karakoli's side, to purchase the shares of AGRIS S.A. from NBG GREEK FUND, reflects the faith of the new majority in the future and possibilities of the two companies and in Greek Agricultural generally.
